Rab Group OÜ ("we", "us") is a company registered in Estonia, with its office at Pärnu mnt 123, Tallinn. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@rabgroup.eu.
We only collect data you send us yourself: your name, email address and message when you use the contact form, and your email address when you subscribe through the footer form. Our hosting provider may also record technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs.
We use your data to answer your enquiry, handle wholesale orders and send you updates you asked for. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business requests (Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR).
Our forms are processed by Formspree, which receives the data on our behalf. Our hosting provider stores the website. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Some providers may process data outside the EU; in that case standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards apply.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and no longer than required by Estonian accounting and legal rules. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
